We follow a 100% return and refund policy within twenty four hours of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product and it has not been used/ damaged/ tampered, we will accept all returns and offer full refund. We request our patron to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product at the time of delivery, please send us an email at email@example.com . Remember to mention your order number. We will issue you a credit note equivalent to your purchase amount valid for one year once we receive the damaged product. The credit note can be used during purchase of any product on our website within a period of one year.
Pottery/ glass products/ fragile products would not be eligible for returns. Once they are delivered in acceptable condition no request for damages would be entertained because of the nature of the product.
For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with your order, inform us immediately. In case the order hasd not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the entire amount. No cancellations will be entertained for dispatched orders.
